Most of the photographic images on this site are available for purchase - and yet there is so much more to see! Just click the link "About My Work" to visit my other sites where more work can beviewed. I also have published three books. "StoneAngels" is an art book of my black and white photographs of cemetery statuary, with text to accompany each image. "The Cemetery Traveler" is a book of excerpts from my blog of the same name. "Digital Photography for the Impatient" was fun to write - all the magic behind making great photographs is in this book! (Yes, I do give away some of my secrets....)

Available in hardback, softcover, and eBook format.
Stone Angels is a book of text and original photography celebrating the grandeur of Victorian cemetery art and its most notable subject, the angel. These ubiquitous denizens of the garden cemetery lend themselves to transformation into powerful photographic imagery.
In travelling the world (well, some of it), Ed Snyder reports back with his funereal findings and shares new artwork that he has created in these Victorian sculpture gardens.
